Background
Real Healthy Me Limited (“we”, “us” or “our”) provide intensive diet and lifestyle consultancy and coaching to optimize health, wellbeing and medication use. These Terms and Conditions (Terms) affect your legal rights and obligations in relation to this website and our services. In these Terms “you” and “your” means the individual accessing and using this website and our services.
You agree you have read, understood and accept these Terms and agree to be bound by all applicable laws governing the website by visiting this website, subscribing to our emails and newsletters, engaging with us on social media, making an online inquiry, purchasing or booking our services. If you do not agree to be bound by these Terms and such laws, please do not access or use this website, or engage our services.
We may amend these Terms from time to time without prior notice. The most current Terms will apply at any point in time. We will provide an email update of these Terms at the time it is updated. However, you are responsible for ensuring you have read the most up-to-date version as your continued use of the website represents your agreement to be bound by these Terms.
Please read these Terms carefully prior to confirming your purchase as confirming your order constitutes acceptance of these Terms. If you have any questions relating to these Terms, please contact us prior to making your purchase.
Appointments, Focus Groups and Health Packages

We offer casual appointments with a fee structure as described on our website.

We offer health packages with a fee structure as described on our website.

Focus Groups are only available for clients on health packages.

Bookings for appointments are available through our website and social media platforms via Acuity Scheduling and this is HIPAA compliant.

We encourage all bookings and purchases to be paid in full at the time of purchase.

In cases where it is not paid when a booking is made online, we will hold your credit card details but will only charge it after your appointment if payment is not made on site.

All prices are inclusive of GST.

When making a payment online, you will have an option to contribute financially for someone else's health journey. Any contribution made is voluntary and non-refundable.

In cases of rescheduling or cancellation, no charges will be incurred if this is done 2 hours prior to the scheduled appointment or focus group session. If the appointment or session is part of a package, the session will not be credited.

The full fee will be charged if an appointment is rescheduled or canceled within 2 hours of the original appointment. If the appointment or session is part of a package, the session will be nullified.

If any fees remain unpaid 30 days after payment is due, your account will be lodged with a Debt Collection Agency and you will be incurred additional costs with the debt recovery.
Health Workshops

You may enquire about our workshops and private group sessions from our website, and a booking link from Acuity Scheduling will be sent to you after our communication.

Workshop bookings must be made 1 week before the scheduled start time.

A minimum of 5 participants is required for us to hold a workshop. If that number is not met, we will invite you to rebook another workshop, choosing another day to your convenience or, if another day is not available, we will give you a full refund.

We reserve the right to refuse your booking, postpone, or cancel our workshops for any reason.

When making a payment online, you will have an option to contribute financially for someone else's health journey. Any contribution made is voluntary and non-refundable.

In the event we cancel a workshop we will provide you with a full refund.

In the event of postponement or cancellation, please notify us within 2 working days to reschedule or cancel. In the case of cancellation prior to 2 working days, we will provide you with a credit worth 50% of the purchase price of the workshop.

Intellectual Property Rights

We might supply materials at appointments, focus groups, and workshops. These materials are our copyright with all other rights reserved to us.

All contents on our website and social media platforms are also our copyright with all other rights reserved to us.

You may share or forward it to others with reference to us as the source of the materials.

You are not allowed to copy, adapt, or create derivative works from our materials or any part of them, or claim them to be your own.
Health information

Your health information if for the purpose of everyone working at Real Healthy Me only.

Your health information will only be shared with your consent.

Liability

All advice provided during your one-on-one consultation with a health professional supplied by Real Healthy Me are professionals and are bound by the code of conduct of our various governing boards. This is not limited to the Medical Council of New Zealand, Nursing Council of New Zealand, New Zealand Dieticians Board, New Zealand Pharmacy Council, New Zealand Psychologists Board and Exerciser Association of New Zealand.

In case of concern or a breach in ethics or code of conduct, please inform us at info@realhealthyme.com or with the Health and Disability Commissioner (www.hdc.org.nz).

All information presented on our website and social media platforms are for educational purposes only and are never to replace medical consultation with your own healthcare provider.

Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

These Terms, and your use of this website, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with New Zealand law, and you agree that the Courts of New Zealand have the non-exclusive jurisdiction to hear and determine any proceedings brought in relation to these Terms, and your use of the website.
