The health statistics for New Zealanders has worsened in recent years as reported in the 2018/2019 New Zealand Health Survey with less people describing excellent health between 2018 and 2016, now only 55.3% describing so. In the same survey, 1 in 4 New Zealand adults now experiences poor mental health, compared to 1 in 5 in 2015 and 1 in 9 in 2013. We then have a situation with chronic health conditions affecting the younger generation ranging from obesity to heart disease. For our mid-career generation, we are seeing more people not only have suffered chronic health conditions but are diagnosed with cancer, and early-onset dementia

We truly believe that having a team with better physical health will greatly improve their emotional resilience and wellbeing. As a result, they are able to contribute more to the company's productivity and success.
